1. What this service is

Kushala Health Pvt Ltd provides teleconsultations and ongoing chronic care programs delivered by registered medical practitioners, in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued under the authority of the National Medical Commission.

2. What this service is not

This is not an emergency service. It does not replace in-person examination where that is clinically necessary, and your physician will tell you when an in-person review, an investigation or a referral is required. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 108 or attend your nearest emergency department.

3. The information on this website

Pages describing conditions and treatments are general education. They are not medical advice for you, they do not create a doctor-patient relationship, and you should not act on them without consulting a qualified doctor about your own circumstances.

4. Consultations and prescriptions

A prescription is issued only where the treating physician judges it clinically appropriate after an adequate consultation. We do not guarantee that any particular medicine will be prescribed, and a decision not to prescribe is a clinical decision, not a service failure. You are responsible for giving accurate and complete information about your history, symptoms and current medicines; the quality of the advice depends on it.

5. Outcomes

Medicine deals in probabilities. Patient outcomes described anywhere on this site are individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve a similar result.

6. Fees, payment and cancellation

Current fees are shown on the site and are payable in advance of the consultation. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Monthly programs may be cancelled with notice before the next billing date; fees already paid for a period in progress are not refunded.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the service for yourself or for a person for whom you are authorised to act, to provide accurate information, to follow safety advice given to you, and not to share your consultation link or account with others.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for professional negligence. Subject to that, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you have paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
